There is a $10.00 non-refundable lock deposit fee if you are using our lock. All prices are on a month to month lease agreement. There is a minimum of one months rent. After the first month, we do prorate all unused rent and refund along with deposit after move-out. Due dates are based on the anniversary date of lease signing.
